The following Terms & Conditions govern Kermadec Ocean Fresh Restaurant Ltd through it’s web site kermadec.co.nz and other channels including but not limited to specific purpose websites, telephone, mail and fax order. You can access this Agreement at any time from any page of this site.

Using this website to place an order indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

In order to purchase vouchers or other products from kermadec.co.nz you will be asked to provide some personal details (e.g. Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number, Email Address). Please refer to our Privacy Policy to review our policy on these matters.

PRICING
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (at 12.5%). The time and date of purchase is the time and date we confirm your order by sending goods to you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Final Purchase Approval page allows you the choice of paying by credit card only.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Select the type of credit card then fill in the name that appears on your credit card, the number (with no spaces), expiry date and CCV code. Click on Buy Now and you will complete the transaction.

YOUR PRIVACY
Kermadec guarantee that any information divulged by you on this site will only be used for the purposes of processing your order and satisfying your requirements. REFUND POLICY
Kermadec will not refund money for any voucher. Vouchers expire 6 months from date of issue.

Change for unused portion: Change will not be given for any used portion. It is up to you to use the voucher's full value.

Lost vouchers: If the voucher is lost it will not be able to be replaced.
